How to disable Woocommerce handheld menu

Hello how I can disable on mobile the woocommerce menu on the bottom? I don’t need it.

Why if I disable woocommerce, the Mobile menu does not work and also the slider revolution slider disappear from my home. How is this possible?

You can delete this template ( Footer Bar) if don’t want to show on mobile

I tried but if I edit the foot bar or delete it the site does not work well! The slider revolution disappear and also other parts of the site does not work in the right way.
