Header Changes Size When A Page First Loads – Overall CLS issue on desktop

Hi,
This site https://thekitchenclassics.com is receiving very poor CLS scores on the desktop as part of a core vitals test. In exploring the cumulative layout shift that is affecting every page – it appears that the header changes size and shape quickly – and I am wondering if this is the cause of the layout shift issue. (The header first shows two rows of a navigation links and a large logo and it quickly changes to a single row of navigation links and a smaller logo).

Do you have any thoughts on the CLS issue and could it be the header?

Any help will be sincerely appreciated.

It seems you have customized the header rather than using the header we provided.
This changes the layout structure of the header quite a bit and can lead to inaccurate display.
I have now adjusted the menu so that it only displays 1 line. Please check this issue again on your device.
