Would it be possible to have the code for these items too please to do exactly the same

All borders when hovering are set to the same color code with the primary color, the main color of the entire website.

To change this color, please go to Edit page with Elementor: https://prnt.sc/19p1dpu -> Icon Menu Bar -> Site Settings:https://prnt.sc/19p1n83 -> Global Color -> Setup color: https://prnt.sc/19p1xcy
