Carousel and slider are not working properly

The slider on the home page is normally full-width. the carousel normally has white behind it. It looks like one is blending into the other.

Also, the only way for me to see any changes on my website are for me to be logged out

This is also happening under communities/current community/Weller woods for sale and under each model home. Not showing up while I’m working within the platform. I have to log out in order to see any of my changes.
