Can’t change logo and favicon images

Hi, when I change the website logo the default one disappears and mine doesn’t show up. The favicon I just can’t select from the Media Library … My website is local at this point though, I hope I can still get some help

I just saw that when I shrink my browser the logo shows up, do you know why it is hiding on a bigger screen size?

That’s because my website is still local on my laptop. It’s not live.. Can’t you help me somehow before publishing it?
