Cannot edit Kosi home-5 with Elementor editor as loading forever

Hi team,
I bought your template – Kosi on Themeforest, installed it locally, and am trying to edit home 5. But loading doesn’t stop and safe mode doesn’t work. I changed an advanced setting on Elementor but no luck. Only two things can avoid this situation; one is when Health Check & Troubleshooting is on (but every plugin is on as well), another is when Astra is replaced Kosi.

Maybe it’s a silly question. But what am I supposed to do?
Much appreciate it if you suggest some ideas.

Elementor v3.5.5
Kosi v1.2.0
