Can not change the header and footer of the theme from default

Hello team,

After a bug in the Woocomerce plugin in version 9.0.0 that showed a critical error, I installed the earlier version 8.9.3 and the error went away, but for some reason, the Header and the Footer are set to default. I have worked on Header-1 and Footer-1 and now it is only showing the default header and I can not set it up to show the Header-1 and Footer-1
