All categories are missing in the dropdown list

There is a search engine in the header of the home page. On your demo page, by clicking on the “all categories” drop-down list, categories for you to choose from appear. I have only one – the main category.
Can you tell me how to fix it, or since you have the login details, can you fix it?

Currently, it only displays all categories that have products. If you want to modify this, I can help you with that.
