#1. Please go to Admin dashboard -> Appearance -> Elementor Header & Footer Builder -> Delete Footer Handlheld template: https://ibb.co/g3V80gr

– Header on mobile: I need to check your header, so that I need to login admin dashboard.

#2. Please copy this css code to file style.css ( child-theme):

    border: unset;
}

#3 Translate: please install Loco translate plugin, setup translate for your theme and add translate.

#4. You need to setup with column on mobile =50%
